Heartburn Treatment Using Ayurveda
There are many ayurvedic preparations like herbal tablet qwath Indukantam, ghrit indukantam, hinguvachadi tab, Churna dadimashtaka, aptizoom syrup, tablet Chitrakadi, dasmoola haritaki Leha, kalyana gulam etc, which of course must be taken under the guidance of professional Ayurvedic practitioners. 1.Oils and fats rich in acid containing foods to be avoided.

4.Avoid drinking water immediately after eating.

11.To keep yourself balanced. Psychological reasons such as sadness, anger, anxiety and depression also leads to the appearance of acidity.
Ayurvedic Treatment for Acidity And Gas
Vata type of Acidity: asafetida and cloves can be given. Preparations as Pachakshara choorna, Narayana choorna recommended.
Pitta type of Acidity: Indian gooseberry or Amalaki is initially to reduce stomach acidity. Then Shatavari tablet is prescribed. The medication must be taken for two weeks.
Kapha type of acidity: Ayurvedic treatment for such fasting acidity begins to correct the digestive fire. Herbs are given for the purpose of solving the digestive problems. For treatment with Jeerakadyarishta Shankha vati it prescribed by physicians for 3 weeks.
